Staff Accounts are what merchants assign their team to be able to work within Zoey to handle their portions of the eCommerce work. But most staff members on a team only need access to a small portion of the eCommerce capabilities. This is why we give you the ability to select to share only certain aspects of Zoey, including:
Customers using Zoey's Advanced plan can also restrict an account to see only certain customers' data, helpful if customer service or sales roles are divided in a way that each rep is assigned customers or customer types. Learn more about the permissions abilities in this short video:
